1 row of swift  2 rows of pentland javelin and 2 rows of charlotte, 5 rows in all.
all so planted in trays  broad beans onions sweetpeas and leeks to plant out in april

A Sat wellspent

Planted a row of pentland javelin potatoes to day-that  makes 3 rows in, and 2 charlotte to go in next time. All so sown a tray of broadbeans and a tray of sweetpeas in the cold frame. Note the onion sets in the trays-starting to sprout......[ see above photos ]...september planted garlic is well up-and so are winter onions all so planted in september.

The 1 st row of early potatoes is in..[ " swift " ]

1st of March.

Its here march-the winter is nearly over, less than 3 weeks to the 1st day of spring-March 21st.

i wonder where the the robins been?

I have only been to the plot 4 times in the last 4 months so perhaps the Robin wonders where i have been.
